Email id and mobile number definitely have great importance when it comes to social media like Instagram. In case we want to reset our social media account or set a new password for Instagram, recover insta, etc. we may have the requirement to find the email and mobile number given to that account.
In order to find the email id and mobile number given to Instagram account just follow the below steps:
- Go to Settings
- Then click on Account
- And go to Personal Information
On the personal information page, you can see Instagram account details like email id, mobile number, date of birth, gender, etc. Below we have given a demo screenshot of the same page.
So from the Personal Information page, we can find our Instagram email id and mobile number. And this can be used to recover, reset or change password activities on our Instagram account.
